Our Guarantee
At DealAI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your paid credits or subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
This applies to:
- One-time credit packs (Starter Pack, Smart Pack)
- Subscription plans (DealAI Plus)
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in one of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net and use their self-service refund tool with the email address you used during checkout.
- Contact our support team at: support@dealai.app and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Refunds are typically processed within 5β10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.

Credit Pack Refunds
One-time credit packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire automatically after 30 days and are not refundable beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
If you have used some credits from a pack, you may still be eligible for a partial refund within the 30-day window. Contact us for details.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests).
- Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases (refunds may be handled by Paddle or your payment provider instead).
We will always communicate clearly if a refund cannot be processed and explain the reason.
