2. Description of Service

DealAI is an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps users find the best real final price for products by comparing prices, coupons, shipping costs, and cashback offers across multiple retailers. Users can upload product photos, paste URLs, or describe products manually to receive deal recommendations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as subscriptions and saved products), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract data from the Service.
• Circumvent any usage limits, technical restrictions, or security measures.
• Misuse the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

5. AI-Generated Content

DealAI uses generative AI to analyze products and recommend deals. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You are responsible for verifying product details, prices, and availability before making any purchase. DealAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.

You retain ownership of any content you input (such as product descriptions or images). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Numedio s.r.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal shopping purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

DealAI offers free daily searches as well as paid credit packs and subscription plans. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. One-time credit packs are valid for 30 days from purchase and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Service Level & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. DealAI is a recommendation tool — we do not sell products directly, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of retailer listings, stock availability, or changes in pricing after a recommendation is made.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where prohibited by law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security risk, constitutes fraud, or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to bring disputes in the courts of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
